The beginnings of the career

He was born in 1970 in Kępno. He began his vocal education in The School of Music in Kalisz under Lidia Małachowicz's tutelage. In the further years he continued his education in Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz in Jan Kunert's class from which he graduated with a distinction in 1995. In the same year he was granted with Yamaha Foundation scholarship.

He is the winner of the third prize in The Third Vocal Competition in Duszniki-Zdrój (1994). He improved his vocal abilities by participating in maestro Feodora Barbieri's master's course.

Opera and theatre

Currently he performs as a guest soloist in: The National Opera in Warsaw, The Grand Theatre in Poznań, The Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, The Cracow Opera, The Castle Opera in Szczecin and The Baltic Opera in Gdańsk.

The cooperation with orchestras

He also collaborates with various orchestras such as NOSPR (National Symphonic Orchestra of the Polish Radio), The Symphonic Orchestra of Łódź Philharmonic, The Symphonic Orchestra of Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz, The Symphonic Orchestra of Upper Silesia Philharmonic in Katowice, The Symphonic Orchestra of Philharmonic in Cracow, The Symphonic Orchestra of Philharmonic in Opole, The Symphonic Orchestra of Philharmonic in Szczecin, The Symphonic Orchestra of Podlasie Philharmonic in Białystok, The Symphonic Orchestra of Philharmonic in Rzeszów, The Symphonic Orchestra of Świętokrzyska Philharmonic in Kielce.

Opera galas and tournaments

He was invited twice to participate in Opera Gala of Musical Competitions Winners in Bydgoszcz (in 1994 and in 2000). In 2001, together with G. Bradlay he partook in gala performances of Dionizetti's The Elixir of Love and of Mozart's The Magic Flute on the stage of The Grand Theatre in Łódź. Moreover, the artist performed at The Tournament of Tenors in Poznań and during III Star Festival in Międzyzdroje. In 2006, during The Tournament of Tenors, he was awarded with orchestra's prize for the best tenor. In 2007 he sang a solo part in K.Szymanowski's ballet Harnasie during a concert broadcasted by The Polish Radio as a part of the EBU concert season under the baton of K. Kord.

The cooperation with conductors

He collaborates with such masters of the baton as: Mirosław J. Błaszczyk, Tomasz Bugaj, Jose Maria Florencio Jr., Kazimierz Kord, Tadeusz Kozłowski, Marek Pijarowski, Paweł Przytocki, Jerzy Salwarowski, Tadeusz Strugała, Wojciech Michniewski, Eraldo Salmieri.


He has also given concerts abroad during numerous tournees, among others in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland.

In September 2009 he made his debut on the stage of Slovak National Opera in Bratislava Opera (Slovenské Narodne Divadlo) in the part of Gennaro in Lucrezia Borgia by Gaetano Donizetti.
